How We Work

We don't automate. That is the point.

An automated line is built to pour one shape into one jar, a hundred thousand times. Everything on this page — a new mold for your object, hand finishing, multi-colour pours, assembled hardware, a 300-piece run — is work that line cannot do economically. Ours can, because there is no line to interrupt.

01Small orders, quick turnaround

At a large factory a 300-piece custom order is scheduled behind 100K-unit production runs and waits for a gap in the line. Here there is no such line: your order is not deprioritised — it is the main job. Sample 15–20 days, bulk 20–30 days, as stated in our terms.

02Bespoke, one-to-one customisation

One design, one mold, one buyer. Shape, wax, colour, fragrance, packaging and finish are specified by you and signed off on a physical sample before bulk. No catalogue to fit into.

03Realistic sculptural candles

Free-standing objects with full 360° texture: a croc-leather handbag, a pumpkin, a dessert. Multi-part silicone molds, controlled cooling and hand finishing — the work that makes a candle read as the real thing.

04Many series, one shop

Because nothing is locked to a line, we run many different series side by side — fashion objects, food, seasonal, florals, gradient and textured pillars, gift sets. The gallery below shows the range as actually produced.

Why Us

Molded 3D objects,
not wax in a jar

Most realistic-candle makers pour scented wax into a glass and decorate the top. That is a container candle. It looks great, but the shape is the jar's, not yours.

We make free-standing molded objects: the whole candle is the shape — a croc-leather bag, a pumpkin, a slice of cake, a cocktail. It requires a 3D master, a multi-part silicone mold, controlled cooling and hand finishing. Structurally harder, and it is what we do every day.

MOQ, Pricing & Payment

Everything a buyer needs to build a landed-cost estimate before the first email. All prices FOB Xiamen, international freight excluded.

Why the minimum is 300, not 1. A 1-piece minimum is a private-label offer: your label on an existing candle in an existing jar. Our minimum applies to a new shape — a mold has to be cut before the first piece can be poured, and 300 pcs is the run that makes that mold worth cutting. Different product, different number.

Buyer Questions

What is your minimum order quantity for custom shaped candles?

MOQ is 300 pcs per design. Tiered pricing is quoted at 300, 1,000 and 3,000 pcs. We are set up for small brands and limited-edition runs that larger factories turn away.

Can you make a candle in the exact shape of my product or object?

Yes. Send a physical object, product photos or a drawing. We build a 3D master, cast a silicone mold, send you a sample for approval, then run bulk. Free-standing molded 3D objects are our core capability — not just wax poured into a jar.

How much does mold development (tooling) cost, and who owns the mold?

Tooling is quoted per design and is 100% prepaid. 50% of the tooling fee is credited against your first order of 1,000 pcs or more. Tooling remains our property unless the full tooling cost is paid in full.

What are your prices and payment terms?

Indicative FOB Xiamen unit prices, subject to quote: mid 3D sculptural US$5–8; complex multi-step pieces US$10–18; container and simple work is quoted per project. International freight is excluded. Bulk orders are paid by T/T, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.

How long do samples and bulk production take?

Samples take 15–20 days after tooling is confirmed. Bulk production takes 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit.

Can you do private label, custom scent, colour and packaging?

Yes. Fragrance, colour, wax type, labels and gift packaging are all specified by you. We work OEM (your design) or ODM (we develop from your brief).

How are the candles shipped and are they hazardous goods?

Candles are classified under HS code 3406000090 and are non-hazardous goods. MSDS is available on request. We ship FOB Xiamen by sea or air freight, and can work with your forwarder.

Do you offer dropshipping or small-batch shipping?

Small-batch and sample shipping are available — please inquire for current rates and lead times to your market. Freight for single pieces is quoted case by case.

Are the candles handmade?

Yes. Each piece is hand-poured, unmolded and finished by hand. Textured, multi-colour and assembled pieces involve several manual steps, which is why complex designs sit in a higher price band.
